What are the event hours?
Gates open at 2:00 PM.
The event concludes at 10:00 PM.
How do I get there?
The easiest way to get to the event is by public transport.
Closest train stations: South Bank railway station and South Brisbane railway station, approximately 8 to 12 minutes walk.
Closest bus stop: Cordelia St at Musgrave Park, Stop 2A, approximately 2 minutes walk.
Public parking is available in South Brisbane and South Bank, though spaces are limited during events.
Bicycle parking is available nearby.
Tickets
Are tickets digital or printed?
Tickets can be presented either digitally on your mobile phone or as a printed ticket.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Tickets can be transferred through Humanitix.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event.
After this period, refunds are not available except where required by law.
What if I lose my ticket?
Please contact Humanitix directly for assistance with locating your order.
Age & Entry
Is Fiesta del Sol Sydney an all-ages event?
Yes. Fiesta del Sol is an all-ages event.
Do minors require supervision?
Yes. All patrons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult companion at all times while attending the event.
What ID is accepted?
Accepted forms of identification include:
• Australian Driver Licence
• Australian Proof of Age Card
• Passport
• International Driver Licence accompanied by supporting identification where required
Can I leave and re-enter the event?
Yes. Re-entry is permitted. Patrons may be required to present their ticket and event wristband when re-entering the venue.
Recomendations;
• Don’t drink and drive
• Public transport will be available
• Organise a designated driver
• I.D. will be required to purchase liquor
• People who are unduly intoxicated will not be served alcohol
• Bags and eskies may be searched or restricted
• Glass containers are not permitted
• Water will be freely available
• Look out for your friends, mates and family
• ‘Wet’ and ‘Dry’ areas are both available
• Go to a ‘chill-out’ or rest area for help
• Food or snacks will be available
Food & Drinks
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes. A variety of food vendors and beverage outlets will be operating throughout the event.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options will be available.
Will alcohol be available?
Yes. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase within designated licensed areas of the event.
Can anyone purchase alcohol?
No. Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed by patrons aged 18 years and over.
Valid photo identification is required to obtain an 18+ wristband and to purchase alcohol.
Can minors enter licensed areas?
Minors must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult companion while within licensed areas, subject to venue licensing requirements and event management policies.
Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to licensed areas where required under licensing regulations.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the event.
Exceptions may be made for medical requirements or special dietary needs. Please contact the event team before attending if this applies to you.
Can I bring alcohol into the venue?
No. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Will free water be available?
Yes. Free drinking water stations will be available throughout the venue.
Can I bring a water bottle?
Yes. Empty reusable water bottles and sealed bottled water are permitted.
Payments
Is the event cashless?
Yes. Fiesta del Sol is a cashless event.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major debit and credit cards are accepted throughout the venue.
Bags & Permitted Items
Can I bring a bag?
Yes. Bags are permitted but all bags are subject to security screening upon entry.
Are hydration packs allowed?
No.
Can I bring a selfie stick?
No.
Can I bring a camera?
Personal cameras and mobile phones are permitted.
Professional photography and video equipment may require prior approval.
Can I bring medication?
Yes. Prescription medication is permitted.
We recommend keeping medication in its original packaging.
